St. Irenaeus said, “The Glory of God is the Living Man.”
After coming back from CRS trip to Madagascar, I wanted to do something beautiful for God and the people in Madagascar. So I planned to run the Cleveland Marathon which usually occurs one week after the seminary summer vacation in May. Not only running the marathon but also raising money and sending it to the orphanage run by the Missionary of Charity Brothers in Madagascar were our goal. Since 2006, the Living Man have supported the orphans through our participation in the race. The Living Man believes our training, disicpline and finish the race glorify God’s name thorugh our body.
The Living Man is not only a way to partake in the race but also a way to live out the gospel.
