It was 34 degree outside when I went out to run. I stretched two minutes and started running at 9:40AM. It was cold but durable because there was no wind, rain or water on the ground. But it was hard to breathe. I guess because of the cold temperature.
I ran hill today. Since Boston Marathon has lots of hill including the Killer Chain, my training includes running hill every week. Not only climbing up the hill but also running down the hill! Interestingly, running down the hill is as much hard as climbing up the hill because you have to be careful not to overrun or overfast which will hurt your legs. Parma where I live is located on the top of the hill. You can see the downtown Cleveland from the parish. So it is a good place to run hills.
I ran to the Pleasant Valley and down the hill and ran up through the resident area which I did two times. I was soaked but felt good. A dog joined me. I ran about one hour. It was a good run in the chilly outside.
